Over five days you'll design a tracked two-motor robot in Onshape using our channel-and-bracket system, wire up its electronics, and write the code to drive it. No prior experience needed — this is the on-ramp to everything else.

Your first taste of autonomy: a robot that drives itself.

A six-day build of a rover that follows a line on the floor entirely on its own. You'll design a compact base and a parametric sensor mount in Onshape, wire up a reflectance sensor array, and write a real closed-loop controller. The single best introduction to how autonomous robots actually think.

The full stack: mechanism, electronics, code, and computer vision.

Over seven days, build a multi-jointed arm that finds an object with a camera and picks it up. You'll size and design the linkage in Onshape, drive it with servos, solve the inverse-kinematics math, and write the computer vision that ties perception to motion. This is a real mechatronics project that touches every discipline at once.
